Delivery Information

South African Addresses:
Egorip will ship orders to any address in South Africa. Orders will only be processed at our Port Shepstone Head Office.

Delivery Times:
Most of our products are available in stock thus allowing us to begin printing orders as soon as payment is completed. An average of 7 to 10 working days is expected to major cities and 10 to 14 working days to rural and outlying areas.

Should a product be out of stock, you will be notified and offered a suitable replacement, an option to wait a few more days or a complete refund.

Shipping costs:
Shipping fees on all products have a flat rate of just R120. Shipping fee’s will automatically be calculated during the checkout process.

Online orders must be paid in full before it will be processed and shipped.

Returns Policy

Refunds and Exchange Policy 

As a Consumer, should you not be satisfied with the purchase of any product on our website, you have the right to return that product and receive a complete refund, subject to the following conditions:

1  You must request a refund in writing within 7 days from the date which you receive the product. Your request for a refund must be sent to [email protected]. Should you not request a refund in writing within 7 days from the date which you receive the product you will not be entitled to a refund.

2  In your request for a refund, you must state the reasons for returning the product and for requesting a refund.

3  The product must be returned to us unused and in its original packaging.

4  You will be responsible for the cost of courier of the product back to us. In this regard you are free to use any courier service of your choice.

5  Once we have received the returned product from you, it will be assessed. Provided that it is unused and that it is returned in its original packaging, your refund will be processed and you will receive the complete refund of the purchase price within 30 days from the date that we receive the product back from you.

6  If we discover that the product has been used or in the event that the product is not returned to us in its original packaging, you will not be entitled to receive a refund. In this instance, you will be responsible for the cost of having the product couriered back to you from us. Should you fail to have the product couriered back to you within a period of 3 months after we notify you that you will not be receiving a refund, the product will be sold to defray costs.

7  Kindly note that certain items may not be returned or limitations may be placed on them for various reasons. These items include but are not limited to the following types of items:

Jewelry – We cannot accept returns on any jewelry for hygiene reasons.

Clothing- We cannot accept returns on any clothing for hygiene reasons. Kindly make sure to order the correct size.

8. We will not refund products should you supply us with an unclear photo for print.

9. We will not refund products should you supply us with incorrect spelling or incorrect print information.
